Why Muslims eat breakfast and what it does for them

One of the most important things we Muslims need to do is eat. We need to give our bodies energy to do as many things as possible during the day. Breakfast is the day’s most important meal, and we should never miss it. Even Prophet Muhammad (SAW) stressed how important it was for him to eat breakfast and told his followers to do the same. The Prophet (SAW) himself did not do something for no reason. It turns out that breakfast is very important and we shouldn’t skip it.

People skipped breakfast to eat less in the afternoon, even though the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) never did. But if we are hungry from early morning until the afternoon, which takes about 6 to 8 hours, we will eat without thinking and be unable to stop.

If we eat, we’ll be happy and content doing all the things we want to do. Breakfast is a good way to give our bodies and minds a boost. Everyone knows that we won’t feel very good if we don’t eat and our stomachs are empty. This bad feeling hurt us a lot, especially on days when we didn’t eat breakfast. People are often grumpy and touchy in the morning, which makes sense. He probably didn’t get enough sleep the night before, so he was probably ready for more. When we’re in a hurry in the morning, we often forget to eat breakfast. If we wake up in the morning in a bad mood and have an empty stomach, our coworkers and classmates will likely avoid us.

Dangers of Not Eating Breakfast

There are many reasons why you should eat breakfast every morning. Here are some of the risks you face if you always skip breakfast:

We’re less focused because we’re counting down the hours until lunch.

Another thing that can lead to digestive problems is eating too much late in the day.

Using people to gain too much weight.

Bringing about a bad mood and low energy.

Bringing on headaches.

Having a bad effect on how the body works.

Triggering hair loss.

Having a lower immune system.

The bad cholesterol should go up.

So, that’s why breakfast is important in Islam. After reading about how important and dangerous it can be to skip breakfast, we can see why the Prophet (SAW) never did. The fact that we can eat and that there is food to eat is a blessing from Allah SWT. And the only way we can feel thankful to Him is to eat the way His Messenger (SAW) told us to and think of Him while we do it. It’s wrong to skip breakfast and put work first, so if we’re still doing that, we might as well change it.
