  • Plank Pose: Kumbhakasana-Holding the weight on the toes and forearms while holding the plank, this asana efficiently increases the stamina, power and endurance to support sexual activity. One can hold this pose for 20-60 seconds and regulate their blood flow.
  • Raised leg pose: Uttanapadasana-This asana stretches the hip flexor muscles that further enhances the strength and improves the blood flow to the pelvic region for healing erectile dysfunction. One can hold this posture for 15-20 seconds
  • Naukasana-Boat Pose-Holding the body in a boat-like pose for a minimum 5-10 seconds stimulates the sex hormones in a body and helps maintain strength while making the lower body muscles strong.
